a word from our members:

Aro Eberle Architects Inc.

"I have found Community Car to be a great alternative for local and regional transportation for employees who choose to save money and leave their car at home during the work day. Community Car is extremely convenient for short trips across town or longer business trips to Milwaukee.  My first experiences using Community Car have been fantastic."

more plan info

Members who choose one of the four Smart plans will prepay an upfront fee and receive a number of discounted hours for all drivers to share. The Pay As You Drive Plan enables organizations to pay monthly for any hours they've driven.

prepaid plan info

You prepay the full cost of the plan fee up front. Every hour you drive is calculated at $8.00 - $9.00 per hour (depending on your plan). At the end of the month, we'll add up your total hourly driving costs and deduct them from your prepaid balance.

Your plan expires either when the plan's expiration date has occurred OR your prepaid funds are used up.  Any unused funds will not carryover after expiring.

pay as you drive plan info

The Pay As You Drive plan is just what the name suggests: you only pay when you drive! There is no monthly fee and no prepaid balance required. You just pay $9.95/hr.

special rate plan info

When you use a car late at night or for a day trip, these special rates automatically take the place of your normal membership plan rate value.

Reservations may not last more than 3 days (72 hours). The first 150 miles of your reservation are free. You will receive 150 free miles for your entire trip, not per day. You pay $0.48/mile for all miles in excess of the first 150 for your reservation.
