To join Community Car, complete the online membership application form. A non-refundable $35 application fee will be charged to your credit card. When we receive your application we will call or email you within 1-3 working days to finalize your membership. One promotion honored per membership account.

Application Types

Basic eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21*

• Have a valid driver's license for the past three consecutive years or more (permits don't count towards this history)*

• Have no more than 2 minor moving violations in the past 3 years
• Have no more than 1 major violation in the past 3 years
• At-fault accidents in the past 3 years will be considered individually. You may be asked to provide a copy of your accident report. Please call with questions.

If you are applying for a personal individual membership plan:

• fill out an individual application ($35)

If you are signing up with one or more people as a "family" membership:

• one person in the account should fill out a regular application ($35)
• the additional driver(s) should fill out a joint/family application ($35).

If you are signing up your business or non-profit organization:

• fill out an organization application ($35) to create a group account.
• each employee/volunteer who wishes to be a driver on the account must fill out a driver application form ($35).
